I remember the day I had my first coaching encounter with Jesus. I remember what He spoke to me and how His words changed the way I viewed myself entirely.
On Friday, June 24, 2019 I began to believe that I was a loving person.

Up until that moment, I believed that I was incapable of loving and that others saw me as calculated. But when I encountered Truth through a simple coaching conversation, I knew I had discovered a powerful tool that would change my entire life.

Even though I had already been in counseling for 8 years, prior to that day I still thought I was unlovable and incapable of loving well. And I really believed that to be true! Many of my life’s experiences, wounds and betrayals made it feel completely true. But one coaching conversation – one simple question for Jesus – changed everything.

I asked, “Jesus, how do you see me?”

And it changed my perspective. I found a new identity and a tool to continually renew my heart with Truth, no matter what life threw my way.

After seeing how much being coached with this tool had transformed my life, I decided to become a coach and help other women be filled with Truth, too.

So here I am…coaching women into life-giving encounters with Jesus. I help women walk the journey to healing without offering quick-fixes or band-aids. There’s no striving to discipline yourself, put on a pretty face, just “be better” or “fix yourself". I create safe space to receive healing through life-changing coaching encounters with Jesus.

I’m do things differently and work with women who are ready to do something different too. Are you ready to heal and stay whole…for life!?!?!
